These terms govern use of the VoltApp iOS application operated by Voltscape, LLC. Contact: paul@voltscape.co.
By downloading or using VoltApp you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use VoltApp for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
VoltApp provides mobile access to VoltScape products including Board, Calendar, Data Rooms, Sign, and related tools. Features may change. Some workflows may require a staff or guest account provisioned by VoltScape or your organization.
You are responsible for credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
VoltScape and its licensors own VoltApp, branding, and related software. Your organization's content remains yours (or your organization's), subject to licenses needed to operate the service.
VoltApp is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoltScape disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Electronic signatures and audit trails are tools; you remain responsible for legal sufficiency in your jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoltScape is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from use of VoltApp.
Document signing and SMS OTP are also subject to Sign-specific notices at sign.voltscape.co/terms and sms-consent.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated: 10 October 2026.
